“No one, I repeat, No one should even think of listing their house for sale without having someone trained to critique the house first. We thought the house would sell so quickly that we wouldn't have time to pack. Wrong! The showings, and there were plenty, were painful. When we would get the feedback and always see the same comments it would make us crazy and then we would stress out. “Too dark”. “Too outdated”. “Needs too much work”.
