situation
This 2-bedroom condo has been on the market for almost a year. They had two offers very early on that the sellers didn’t accept and then, not much happened. The momentum slowed and the feedback that the condo, on the lower level of its building, felt like a basement kept rolling in. Awesome, right?
Their very smart Realtor, Judy Yoon of Berkshire Hathaway Fox Roach, decided to reenergize the listing by having it staged and her seller agreed. That is where Rethink came in.
Emma, my intern, and I staged the condo by bringing in rental furniture and accessories. Judy just sent me this text after they had someone come for a second walk-through, 3-weeks post-staging…
text message:
“It's on the top of their list. Concern is that it is a lower level. Which means that you were able to present the place so beautifully that they are still considering it!”
We know that staging can be a game changer in the sale of a home, but it can really make a difference when the staged home is photographed by a professional. I am so excited to share these beautiful photographs with you. All were taken by the very talented Ashlee Hall of PA Real Estate Photography. Her attention to detail is amazing! She even had me stand inside a closet to hold a door closed that kept popping open–hilarious!
