What I've Learned About Taking Action For My Staging Business
We do it to ourselves all. the. time. We know what we need to do to get to our goal (think exercise, eating right, getting a good night's sleep) but we don't do it.
We don't create the habit, we talk ourselves out of what we know is best, and we rationalize why our goal wasn't worth it in the first place.
In today’s episode, I’ll be sharing the tool that I created to evaluate where we often get stuck,
how to move forward when your mind wants to stop you in your tracks, and how this tool can
help you gain clarity on why you aren’t taking the right actions to get the results that you
desire. The best part? It’s all based on three simple things: Knowledge, beliefs, and actions.
Listen in to find out how to find the balance between these three things so that you and your
business can start to thrive.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN FROM THIS EPISODE:
- Having knowledge alone is not really that helpful.
- Your brain is hardwired to stop you, but you can change that.
- Why journaling plays a critical role in unpacking unhelpful beliefs.
- … and so much more!
