I have seen several business owners (not only in the staging industry) who are overwhelmed with the countless tasks and processes involved in running their businesses.
But that is not only what lacking a system does to your business. For example, in mine, I made my first five-figure as a one-man team the month I started to implement a standard operating procedure.
With a team, you have more to do. You have to work with multiple people on different projects with different end goals but with the same steps.
