 Who You Are

You are within the first few years of starting your Home Staging business. You started with the vision that you would quickly develop relationships with Realtors and sellers and that you would be working hands on with clients most days of the week.  You are smart, highly motivated and have so much to offer the Realtors, builders, investors and sellers of the world.  There are so many programs to get your business started but so few devoted to helping you grow a full, robust Home Staging business.  You’ve read tons of books, researched online, but you are not growing as quickly as you would like.  What you really seek is clarity in your marketing, guidance on next steps and specific “how-to’s.”

What Your Challenges Tend to Be

You so badly want to grow your business and have consistent cash flow, but the clients aren’t coming as quickly as you’d like, your marketing is not close to being finalized and there’s a lot more to do before you’re fully ramped-up and feeling successful. All of this is creating some stress in your life, sometimes requiring you to work long hours trying to make the business work. The idea of doing all of this alone without the support of a systematic process is overwhelming. You don’t know what you don’t know and you’re still learning. There’s a lot of energy going out, but you keep getting the same underwhelming results. If we’re really being honest, you sometimes experience self-doubt or feelings of inadequacy, wondering if it will actually work and whether you’re really cut out to be successful in your own business.

What You Need Most Right Now

Your primary focus needs to be on creating a crystal clear marketing strategy to get more ideal clients and on taking serious action to generate greater income in your business. It’s time to create the right marketing message and implement the right marketing plan consistently. Fill your pipeline and turn more prospects into paying clients, all while putting your marketing on autopilot. At the same time, it’s important to get strategic about your pricing and packages, especially your pricing, and to raise your rates. (You’re probably not charging enough and are leaving a lot of money on the table.) Then, it’s important that you set specific goals and find the focus and accountability you need to move your business forward, past the ramp-up phase. You will leave behind overwhelm, see greater results and feel even more successful in your business.

How do I know all of this?  Because I have been exactly where you are right now!  I spent hours trying to cultivate relationships online, blogging, handing out business cards, talking to realtors, investors and sellers with underwhelming success until I spent time and money learning how to become a skillful and consistent marketer.  By making that one commitment, to get better at my marketing and messaging,  I took my business from a team of one (me!) to a thriving team of 7 in under 4 years!  We are still growing and you can too!
